AI coach for Fortnite

The Fortnite AI coach that read the match.
Before it says anything.

We don't guess. We read your replay file — and tell you the one thing that cost you the match. Then you can ask about it. Not about Fortnite in the abstract — about the match it just read.

What is a Fortnite AI coach?

A Fortnite AI coach is a tool that looks at your gameplay and tells you what to change. Several exist. They differ mainly in what they look at: some read your screen while you play, some compare your numbers to league averages, and some read the match record the game itself wrote.

Fortiq is the last kind. It parses the .replay file, reports the match from it, and answers questions about that match. Where the file does not support a statement, the answer is that we do not know — which is a feature, not a gap.

How Fortiq coaches

Three things it does today — not three things it plans to do.

Reads the replay

Upload the file and get the match back as a report: eliminations, damage, placement, and where everyone was while it happened.

Answers questions

Ask about strategies, loadouts or a specific situation. 150 answers a day, free during the beta.

Keeps the history

Every analysed match stays, filterable by playlist, score and placement — so “am I improving?” has an answer that is not a feeling.

Why this one

01

It reads the match record, not a picture of it

Screen-reading assistants infer from pixels and stat trackers describe a population. The replay file is what the game itself recorded about your match.

02

Free shows the whole thing

Every report complete, as many as you upload. No blurred score cards, no “coming soon” tiles, no “unlock to reveal”. Free during the beta.

03

GDPR, EU hosting, no adtech

No tracking, no data sold on. No analytics on this page at all, product analytics in the app only after you agree, a privacy notice you can read, servers in the EU.

04

Browser-based, nothing to install

No client, no overlay, no anti-cheat exposure. Sign in and go. The Replay Uploader for your PC is optional and only moves files.

Is a Fortnite AI coach allowed in tournaments?

It depends on when it runs. Epic’s competitive rules ban overlays that read the live game state to give you an advantage, and name using a coach or the in-game replay tool as outside that ban.

Fortiq runs after the match. It reads the replay file Fortnite writes once the match is over. No game process is modified, no memory is read, nothing runs while you play. That is on purpose: in a cup you want to be sure nothing you run counts as a live overlay.

Some AI assistants watch your screen while you play. If you want to use one of those in a cup, read the rules for that tool first.

Questions about the Fortnite AI coach

What is a Fortnite AI coach?

A tool that looks at your gameplay and tells you what to change. Several exist. They differ mainly in what they look at — your screen, league averages, or the replay file the game wrote. Fortiq reads the replay file.

How does Fortiq help me improve?

It reports the match from your replay file — eliminations, damage, placement, positions and the events around them — and then answers follow-up questions about that match, not about Fortnite in general.

How is this different from a human coach?

It is not a replacement. A human coach brings judgement and can watch you play; on Metafy a one-hour session was listed at $30 to $60.99 on 22 September 2026. Fortiq is there the moment you finish a match, is free during the beta, and reads the same file the same way every time. Plenty of players will want both.

Is Fortiq free?

Yes, while Fortiq is in beta. Every account gets unlimited replay reports and 150 coach answers a day — and the report is the whole report. Nothing blurred, nothing greyed out, nothing locked. No card needed, nothing is charged automatically.

What are the coaching answers based on?

On your replay file for anything about your match, and on general Fortnite knowledge for questions about the game. Where the file does not support a statement, the honest answer is that we do not know — rather than a plausible-sounding guess.

Is Fortiq a cheat? Can I get banned?

No. Fortiq never touches the game. It reads the replay file Fortnite writes after the match is over. No game process is modified, no memory is read, nothing runs while you play. Epic’s competitive rules ban overlays that read the live game state to give you an advantage, and name using a coach or the in-game replay tool as outside that ban.

What does the AI coach look at in my match?

Whatever the replay file recorded about your match: where you were and when, the zone, your fights, damage, eliminations and placement. It does not watch your screen, and it does not claim anything the file does not contain.

I play on console. Does Fortiq work for me?

Only if you can get the replay file, and Epic documents no way to copy one off PlayStation or Xbox. On PC, Fortnite writes a replay after every match as long as recording is switched on in the settings. Where to find it
